What Makes the EEC-41 Hipot and Ground Bond Tester Different

Most manufacturers running ground bond testing operate two separate instruments: a hipot tester and a dedicated ground bond tester. That means two units to procure, two calibration schedules to manage, and more time spent mounting and unmounting devices under test.
